Welcome to the Global Research & Education
in e-Commerce website!

We ask that our users register so that we can verify contributions to our discussions and our journal. This improves the quality of our website, and thus your benefits from it.

Our site is set up on a three layer model:

  • Guests are welcome to browse the resources and read the abstracts of publications.
  • Subscribers have access to the full text of the publications, and can post to our discussion boards.
  • Contributors can submit articles and reviews.

The aim of GREeCOM.org is to provide technological, research, and educational infrastructure for academics, entrepreneurs, and companies alike. By forming a dynamic relationship between industry and academia, the center will facilitate a cutting-edge forum on current issues in the digital community.

More specifically, GREeCOM.org focuses on the following objectives:

  • INDUSTRY-ACADEMIA COMMUNICATION:  To facilitate, through its database and interface, communication among industry, the private sector (small and medium size enterprises), and academic institutions worldwide.
  • EXPERTISE:  To provide research know-how on a variety of topics dealing with e-commerce.  With an international team of computer science experts, GREeCOM.org will offer technical solutions that will play an important part in the future role of eCommerce as a political, social and economic force.
  • E-COMMERCE CERTIFICATION:  Besides research and technological infrastructure, GREeCOM.org is a resource for eCommerce training programs, certification, consulting, workshops conferences, and other public service programs to the global citizen.
  • TOOLS & APPLICATIONS:  GREeCOM.org aspires to provide the necessary technological infrastructure for new businesses, especially SMEs, through its interactive electronic journal, eJETA.org (Electronic Journal for E-Commerce Tools and Applications) and the GREeCOM.org newsletter.
